If you’re ready for a break from corporate America and the typical “office” vibe, IBS could be a great fit. We’re a small company with a big footprint—supporting facility customers nationwide and focused on delivering standout service. We take care of our customers and our people, and we show it through competitive pay, profit sharing, 401(k), bonuses, and medical benefits. Best of all, we genuinely enjoy working together.
We’ll also be the first to admit we’re a little “weird”—in the best possible way. Not weird as in bizarre or off-the-wall; weird as in we believe doing the right thing matters more than squeezing every last penny out of a customer. Weird as in we find a way to get things done when other companies can’t (or won’t). One of our favorite lines is: “We love spending your money, but we hate wasting it.” The “weird” part is—we mean it.
The right person for IBS brings the skills—and the mindset—that match our core values: We CARE, We LISTEN, We ANTICIPATE, We INNOVATE, and We DO.
If that sounds like your kind of place, check out our current openings below and fill out the form to the right. Don’t see the perfect role posted yet—but still think you’d thrive at IBS? Go ahead and submit the form anyway, and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
